Diving & Snorkeling

Explore the Turks & Caicos Below Water

The clear waters of the Turks and Caicos Islands make an ideal destination for underwater exploration. Excellent visibility means you can snorkel right off the beach at sites such as Bight Reef (Coral Gardens) just down from Grace Bay Beach. Diving is also a popular activity thanks to the visibility, as well as the nearby reefs, walls, and marine life. We’ve compiled a few popular sites for snorkeling and diving below.

Bight Reef (Coral Gardens)
With access right off the beach, Coral Gardens is the most popular site in the islands. At Bight Reef you can expect to see turtles, rays, a variety of tropical fish, eels, and even the possibility of a nurse shark.

Smith’s Reef can be accessed from the shore with a variety of reef systems. Enjoy a variety of marine life among the reefs including corals, a multitude of tropical fish, turtles and more.

Grace Bay Beach
